Victoria, Australia: Report on Oct. 11th hearing involving Steven Unthank
by AndersonsInfo invictoria, australia: report on oct. 11th hearing involving steven unthank.
(this report is from an anonymous xjw who attended the hearing.
i had no plans to turn up to the court hearing as an observer, as in my experience, it can take several hearings and a number of months before any court case gets rolling.

the irony.....I'm sure Mr Unthink was probley covering his ground by also adding the FDS in the suit, however, it's turning into a "HUGE" unraveling of the GB .......*hand stand, cart wheel and back flip* Thanx again, Barb
Wonder if the FDS class/group get's wind of this, will turn around and take the GB to court or JW's as a whole??

From what I'm gathering......the court isn't trying to establish what the FDS is to charge them because Aussie law "will" prosecute a person, body corporated or unicorporated........however, the WTS attorney is trying to say that the FDS is not a thing, person or group or corporation or unicorporated........ but an "arrangement"......???
If this is the case, it seems it will still fall back on the GB as a contempory group who tried to re establish or re collect the FDS on earth and who put this Theological Arrangement in action/motion.........and I'm sure Unthink will be able to prove that the FDS, according to the GB is an actual body of people with much evidence from WTS literature.......

You're at a typical bench mark......btw 4 to 6 months when many start having issues....over fed (too much time)....or dropping their best behavior.....or cold feet....etc
A couple ways you can go. Check inside first to see if maybe you've become a bore or see if there's things you may be doing or not doing. If you need to self adjust and this pattern continues..........tell him this isn't working for you and cut him loose.......
You can also ask him if he needs his space and really dig deep......if he says yes, there's your answer.........if he says no but continues with this pattern.......there's your answer...........many want thier cake and eat it too.........
Either way......if you "let" this behavior continue........he will continue to do it. There was a couple who dated for years and he never proposed. They finally broke up after years of dating. He soon met another and married her. Why? Because she gave him an ultimatum. People will take as much rope as you give them.....it's human nature.......

I also agree w/Sinis AND " YOU WILL BE Dfd!" You won't prove a damn thing.
I might add..... ask your wife, if you were to get Dfd because of this meeting, "how is she going to handle the situation?" put it back on her ......you can show her various situations where it has happened to others just for asking questions.
But I don't agree about taking them to B/d parties ........you will get Dfd for that too if she decides to tell them or someone sees you doning this. You can do alot of awesome stuff with your kids without piting them against their mother. that is wrong. You can be an awesome man and father with quality time and doing fun things.
I have hurrdled mountains with this approch. I pick and choose my battles vary carefully and it seems to be working.....the WTS hangs themselves........and in due time seems like things are heating up now......THE MORE YOU PUSH. THE MORE SHE WILL FIGHT YOU......the WTS has brain washed into believing everyone is out to get them....and it's a battle they MUST win....just think...it's a life or death fight to them....they are fighting for their lives.....you must be loving......

How bad have you wanted to write "The DA Letter"?
by RayPublisher inlike many of you i am fading and am trying to stay the course rather than be dfed due to family ties.
but i so badly want to simply write a letter and be rid of this giant weight on my back lately.
just like a bandaid that is easier to just tear off, i guess.. .
